She brings eighteen plus years of leadership and management experience to IMPACT, extensive contractual knowledge, as well as her warm, compassionate personality. Gina oversees administrative operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment to drive organizational growth. She’s dedicated to helping her community thrive, and genuinely believes that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect.

She is also an active volunteer in her community and serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children in the court system, championing their long-term wellbeing.

With over a decade of experience as a Direct Support Professional and more than two years as a County Manager in the I/DD field, Hayley has found deep purpose in supporting those who care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Management.

She brings a strong understanding of the behind-the-scenes operations that help Impact run smoothly every day. Demi has a lifelong passion for the 4-H and FFA communities, having grown up on a farm surrounded by animals, and she remains actively involved today.

With over 30 years of volunteer service supporting the youth of Southern Oregon, Randy brings a deep passion for community, values, and mentorship.
